Week Five Madlib
Week five of the workshop Laura Lee is running out of excuses and will try to get us to believe she was slouching last week, and all the references to fibers come across now as teasing. If the pony of memory tramples the rattlesnake, as McClure suggests, then the leopard of the shaft withdraws the vixen, making for a huge mess. Good thing there is no carpet here yet. Perhaps the Park Place powers that be will instead install silk in its place and we can write poems that sing its praises as if it were a stalking being instead of a ground covering.
