Documentation of Certificate Activities
August '04 - Consciousness and The Living Universe. There are 18 files associated with my work for this course. In
late July and early August I attended a Tibetan Bon workshop facilitated by
Christopher Hansard. I have documented my experience there in four different papers: Two of those papers were
written as part of the Consciousness and
the Living Universe Course, Unit 3 – Braided Reality and Unit 1.1.; What is Consciousness? and The Tibetan
Bon view of Sound, Open Form Poetics and Whitman’s Poetry of Parturition.
October/November '04 - Centrum Writing Residency. Several
poems were written at Centrum, as well as two essays, both referred to above
and a journal of activities. I also started doing Kum Nye, the Tibetan Bon
yoga-like discipline (in late September) and have documented that with a
summary of the Kum Nye book including thoughts from my own Kum Nye practice. I
also conducted a workshop at Centrum and can get a letter from one of the
participants for that.
